Some important Trigonometric graph data

 Introduction

Trigonometry is the important part of the mathematics. Trigonometry is just like the soul and heart of the mathematic, Trigonometry is directly link to the real world and also 100% applicable in real life. Some of the most famous ratios of the trigonometry are Sin, Cos and Tan and after that their inverse that is Cosec, Sec and Cot

In today article we will discuss the graphical representation of the trigonometric ratios and also study about their nature, character and their behavior in different intervals

Sin(x)

Sin(x) is positive in 0-180° and after that it shows negative value

the maximum value of Sin(x) is 1 and minimum value is -1

The Range of this function lies from [-1,1] which means value of this  function is intermediate between [-1,1].

Domain of this function is all real numbers denoted as (R).

Cos(x)

Cos(x) is positive in interval between 0-90° then after 270°-360°

The maximum value of Cos(x) is 1 and minimum value is -1.

The Domain of this function is all real numbers denoted as (R).

the Range of this function lies from [-1,1].

Note:- The Domain and Range of Cos(x) is same as Sin(x)

Tan(x)

Tan(x) is positive in interval of 0-90° and 180°-270°.
The maximum value of Tan(x) is ∞ and minimum is -∞. Domain is all real number except (2n+1)/Ï€/2
The Range of this function is [∞,-∞].

Note:- Tan(x) is not defined at π/2, 3π/2------- and so on
